Most franchise consultants will send you a hearty “congratulations” on the day you tell them you have decided to purchase a franchise – and then you never hear from them again. It’s not that they don’t care – it’s that your relationship is now with your franchisor, and they don’t want to be “in the way.” In fact, not all franchise companies even want franchise consultants to be “in communication” with their new owners once a purchase is made – in order to avoid miscommunications from occurring.
At The YOU Network, we see things differently. Our private clients group of the best franchises available understand that our providing “post-buy services” not only help their new owners BE better owners, but that we’re providing our private clients group an ongoing service as well – by being a neutral sounding board to their new owners.
From the get-go, we will inform you that we don’t provide you advice and counsel on how to run your business. That’s the job of your franchise company. Their operations people are the pros – and you should use them to the maximum allowed.
We do, however, help you “think out of the box.” We remind you of services available to you from your franchisor – and give you tips on how to optimize them. We provide advice and counsel on gaining better general management skills – or how to use new technology – and allow you access to our library of “management tips” so that you can train yourself on your own time.
