I have been in the franchise industry for nearly 30 years, specifically in development.

I love helping people realize their dreams of owning their own businesses—whether it’s their first or their tenth. Having owned and operated several franchised businesses, I thrive on helping great people strive for and reach their entrepreneurial goals.

My tenure in the franchise industry has been marked by successful work on both sides of the table, allowing me to amass knowledge and expertise that positions me as a leading authority on franchise development. I am a firm believer in the power of continuous learning, and I am committed to enhancing my knowledge to ensure continual success for both myself and, more importantly, my clients.   

Before entering the franchise world, I worked for AT&T telephone manufacturing company, helping the greater Philadelphia small business community with their telephone equipment needs. I was a sales specialist and, within a few short years, was promoted to sales manager overseeing a team of 12 amazing men and women – long story short, I had an opportunity to work with a National Franchise brand based in the Suburbs of Philadelphia that’s franchisees needed telephone equipment throughout the United States – That was my first experience with the Franchise Industry, after visiting their corporate office dozens of times over the years and learning more and more about the Franchise Industry I parlayed my AT&T experience into joining a small Philadelphia-area emerging franchise brand, The Goddard Schools.

Goddard now has over 500 locations and is the undisputed leader in its category. I helped grow it from 10 units to its current number. Over the past 25+ years, I have worked with many different brands, both large and small, from their brand launch and concept development into the franchise arena.

As I’ve mentioned, I have personally owned and operated several franchise concepts, one of which had multiple locations. This hands-on experience, coupled with my journey of discovery with each brand, has given me a deep understanding of the exact process I guide my clients through.   My unique perspective, as both a developer and a franchise owner, provides me with a genuine understanding of the day-to-day operations of running one or several locations. I bring this knowledge and understanding into every conversation I have with my clients, ensuring they are well-prepared for a successful path to franchise ownership.
