Geno started his career in the 70’s after earning a Master’s in Economics. For more than 40 years, he held several senior level positions in high tech as General Manager and SVP with companies like Polycom, Digital Equipment and Intel.  Upon retirement he started Geno Alissi Executive Group specializing in the service industry including executive search.

His extensive executive search experience is very applicable to franchise consulting service that he offers.  He gets the opportunity to match his clients’ skills and both their personal and professional objectives to an outstanding list of pre-screen franchise companies.  Couple this experience and that as the owner of two Great Clips franchise locations, Geno has been on “both sides of the fence.”
