One of my favorite quotes is, “if you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.” Although the author of this quote is debatable, the first version I recall was from my grandmother when I was thinking about purchasing my first business in franchising more than 30 years ago. When faced with new opportunities or big decisions, I will refer to this simple phrase in my process.

First employed by a franchisee in the 70s, I became a franchise owner in the 80s and joined the franchisor ranks in the 90s. I have worked with and continue to work with some of the finest people in the franchise industry. Over the years, I have helped hundreds of people fulfill the dream of business ownership and wealth creation. Franchising is all about the American dream which is totally achievable in this generation.
