Roger Rolewicz

Roger has over 40 years of experience in business development (with over 20 years in the franchising industry). He is passionate about working with people wanting to own and succeed in their businesses through franchising. His comprehensive franchising experience includes creating and awarding franchises from existing companies or concepts, both home-based and brick-and-mortar.

His business experience is not limited to just franchising. It includes owning a manufacturing company with his dad, selling it, and conducting sales and operations across many industries. These include manufacturing, service, retail, wholesale, and more across many sectors, with titles ranging from Sales Manager to C.E.O.

He is a former member of the Illumination Engineering Society.  U.T. awarded him a B.B.A. dual degree (Business and Theater). He enjoys working with local business groups, I.E., chambers of Commerce, and was elected honorary mayor of the S.C.C. chamber for raising money for C.A.R.E., a no-kill animal shelter, and senior prescription assistance program. He helps work on local judge election campaigns.

Originally from Ohio, he now enjoys living in Florida for over 30 years with his wife and daughter.
